Boys’ division encounters

The boys’ division also delivered some of the most exciting matches of the tournament. The encounters between Moses llGaroëb and Christ’s Love Christian School, as well as Moses llGaroëb and Progress Private School, both went to deciding sets.

The closely contested battles kept spectators on the edge of their seats and demonstrated the fighting spirit and talent emerging within the region's schools.

KSSR volleyball chairperson Kudakwashe Mutasa expressed satisfaction with the league’s growth and the increasing number of schools participating each year.

“This growth is a clear sign that volleyball development at the grassroots level is moving in the right direction.

“The standard of play continues to improve, and seeing so many young learners actively involved in the sport gives us confidence that the future of volleyball in the Khomas Region is bright.”

Mutasa also commended the schools, coaches, officials, volunteers, and parents for their contribution towards making the opening round a success.
